Oh neat, I wasn’t aware that there was a CLI version of XKCD’s password generator!
The approach actually goes back to a technique in the 90s called “diceware”, wherein physical dice are rolled and the numbers are looked up in a book of common english words. I took the concept and built it into a web version that you might want to check out:
